Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years relevant experience with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of web-based tools and MS office -MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English and Nepali)

Job Description:

  • Ensuring that all clients’ first point of contact is professional
  • Effective and timely communication to all necessary internal departments 
  • Ensuring front office, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchen are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
  • Providing refreshments for guests and management as required
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and contractors (cleaners etc.) 
  • Monitoring and controlling office equipment stocks
  • Organizing post/emails/calls and coordinating meetings and client appointments
  • Arranging courier shipment of documents  
  • Building strong relationships across a wide base of clients and business associates 
  • Promoting the brand image and values through own appearance and behavior so that it reflects high standards
