Job Description:

Shine cleaning is looking for a driven Management Executive to manage and deliver sites. The job is to supervise the team in site, plan and organise the work, make client communication and deliver the sites.

The position involves mostly field work (within kathmandu valley). You will be spending more time in the clients location than in the office. Coordinating with vendors, making sure machines are maintained and that staffs are performing on site. Shine cleaning is known for international quality service and your job is to make sure we keep up this quality and deliveries.

  • Manage the deliveries and quality at the clients location
  • Supervise the production and ensure that deadlines are met
  • Planning and dispatching the team
  • Solve technical problems and ensure all equipment is always in good condition
  • Manage a small team on each site
  • Assist the operations manager in different duties 
  • Solving problems at the clients sites
  • Coordinating with vendors, making sure machines are maintained and that staffs are performing on site

Other Specific Requirements:

  • Must have a 2 wheeler and driving license. Company provides 40 lts of fuel and 1000 mobile expenses per month, besides salary and dashai bonus
