Plan International Nepal invites application from interested and eligible candidates for the following position:

Sponsorship Communication Coordinator- 1 Position

Purpose: The position holder will be responsible to provide effective and timely support to Field Office team in managing sponsorship communications processing enhancing quality and quantity at all levels.


Term and Location: Fixed term employment for 3 years based in Hetauda Field Office.


Required Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Education or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in similar role
  • Experience in Sponsorship related function
  • I/NGO work experience preferred


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quantity and quality in the sponsorship communication documents received from field ensuring gender sensitivity in language
  • Coordinate and facilitate production of the communication ensuring timeliness and quality
  • Manage full transaction of flow of communication documents every month
  • Operate Child Data to ensure quality documents are uploaded and delivered to Sponsors
  • Refresh any updates on Child Data operation system within the team
  • Receive sponsor letters/gifts sent from Country Office and handle with full safety and continue further processes until the full cycle is completed
  • Review and ensure the quality of the letters as per the sponsorship commitment
