Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor or Master with English Major though CELTA Certified Faculty will be prioritized

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years Teaching Experience for IELTS/TOFEL-IBT/PTE-A Students
  • IELTS Score of 7 or above or Equivalent PTE/ TOEFL score
  • Fluent in English Language

  • Responsible for training of enrolled students and is a key person for the academic program of the company

Front Desk Officer

Job Location: Kamaladi, Kathmandu

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple client/project queries at a time, are essential
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet

Job Description:

  • Carrying out the day-to-day duties of Front Desk Officer in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the switchboard, answering telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner, transferring calls as necessary, dealing with general inquiries, and/or referring clients to the appropriate Counselor.
  • Coordinating the delivery and pick up of business-related documents through appropriate courier companies.

  • Provide a meet and greet function for Placements walk-in clients and successfully communicating company information and providing advice.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all walk-in clients and phone call. Any and all paperwork, documentation, contact details, reports or lists generated will remain the property of Placements.

Morning Shift : 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Day Shift        : 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
