Project Manager

Job Description:

The Job:

You, as a Project Manager with CloudFactory, will be the bridge between two sets of clients: customers and workers. You will guide the conversations between the two clients to make sure there is alignment across the board on the work we’re streaming. 

You won’t be alone -- you will have partners to help in delivering the WorkStreams to the clients and it will be your responsibility as Project Manager to coach and mentor these people. The hope is that they will eventually be better at project management than you. As a Project Manager, you will also be responsible for mentoring small Project teams (or Pods as we like to call them) to ensure they are making decisions that line up with the CloudFactory way of delivering amazing work back to our customers. 

You will be in charge of all aspects of the client’s life cycle starting with custom onboarding assessments to tracking the daily run rate of hours delivered. You will need to keep track of client expectations or SLAs to ensure that our WorkStreams are healthy and running smoothly. Your success lies in the success of our customers and the workers.

The Fit:

You love building relationships, and you can manage through ups-and-downs. Being close to the customers and the workers will require getting your hands dirty from time-to-time. You need to be able to understand the work and that usually requires doing it first. Fitting with us requires the ability to be flexible with working times as most of our clients are in the US with a few in Australia and Europe.

You are a great communicator. You have impeccable communication skills and are an excellent all-around communicator — verbal, written, and interpersonal. You know what to say, and what to leave out. You’ve also got a high EQ (emotional intelligence). You’ll need to empathize with our customers and work cross-culturally with team members across the globe.

You are results focused. You have a strong understanding of business systems and operations strategy with an ability to effectively interpret and communicate business and technical concepts with all levels of an organization, from executives to developers.

The Experience: 

The experience required to work with us is at least 4 to 6 years doing  western-style client communication and experience in dealing with large projects. Project Management, general management and experience in a high-growth tech company are a plus. Preferably you have working knowledge of BPO operations or other on-demand platforms. Prior exposure to designing and delivering training is also an added advantage. Technical experience with API integrations would be another big plus.

You will also oversee the entire talent acquisition process so that it remains effective, of high quality, painless, and scalable according to the needs of the company.

You are creative with strong communication skills and interpersonal savvy to build lasting relationships with the market and the hiring team. You're also data-driven and strategic to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. You are a person that thrives in a fast-paced environment and have strong problem-solving and communication skills including fineness in negotiations. 

The Experience: 

You could have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems or Business Management with 5 to 7 years of experience building solutions, engaging in talent acquisition and providing leadership to organizations you have been associated with. This means you have experience developing strategies for talent acquisition and  employer branding 
initiatives and most likely have great project management skills. An in-depth experience formulating and executing talent acquisition strategies through the use of social media will be huge plus.
