Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Senior Officer, (1 Position-Based in Okhaldhunga)

Job Location: Okhaldhunga

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ progressively responsible experience in MEAL, 
  • University degree ininternational development, statistics or related field. 
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks among staff and departments. 
  • Excellent knowledge of standard computer programs and ICT4D approaches and tools. 
  • Knowledge and experience of conducting MEAL for WASH/Shelter or Livelihoods programming in Nepal and experience in Emergency Response and Recovery contexts.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance, HR,logistics, or admin at officer level.

Livelihood Coordinator (1 Position-Based in Okhaldhunga)

Job Location: Okhaldhunga

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in agricultural development with NGOs or government. 
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or animal science, Master’s degree an advantage. 
  • Demonstrated experience in training, curriculum development, and planning and implementing agriculture and livestock programs, with a strong focus on capacity building as well as Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning.

Finance Officer (1 Position- Based in Okhaldhunga)

Job Location: Okhaldhunga

No. of Vacancy: 1

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum 5 year’s progressive experience in accounting and finance. 
  • Inter CA preferred. Graduate /Post graduate in commerce with good academic record. 
  • Strong computer skills required including Microsoft applications.  
  • Experience of Sun Systems accounting software is desirable. 
  • Willing to work additional hours as and when required. 
  • Effective problem solving skills, proactive and comfortable working with a team. 
  • Strong accounting and financial analytical skills with a demonstrated record of accuracy.
