Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized university

  • Minimum 2 years of experience on event managing or related fields

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in a variety of computer applications

Job Description:

  • Responsible for Proposal Writing/ Report Writing/Program Development/Implementation/Evaluation
  • Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest 
  • Responsible for all communications and networking in support of special events, and assists with development of new opportunities to build community awareness
  • Responds to enquiries from the public about events, including assisting with media requests
