Job Description

  • Collaborate with the hiring managers to identify staffing needs coordinating with new employee onboarding.
  • Froster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, conflicts and grievances acting as a point of contract for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances within the plant.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and best practices to mediate and resolve conflict to foster a harmonious work environment.
  • Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance evaluations, performance improvement and providing feedback to employees.
  • Work with managers to identify areas for improvement and employee development assisting in addressing performance-related matters within the plant.
  • Collaborate with the plant leadership to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge monitoring the effectiveness of training programs in plant.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, leaves records, and attendance records.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the health and safety team to promote a safe working environment.
