• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Officer in Finance & Planning Department of a commercial bank.
• Should be well versed with NRB Directives, Tax regulations, prevailing laws related to financial sector, AML/KYC and prevailing accounting standards.
• Should be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities.
• Should possess work experience related to formulation of short term and long term business/strategic plans. 
• Should possess excellent business communication, financial analysis, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Should possess capacity to supervise the team.
