Candidates applying to this position must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Bank operational processes/procedures and must be well versed with NRB Directives, prevailing laws/ policies related to operations and AML/ KYC. Applicants are expected to work collaboratively with the assigned team as a constructive team member. Further, skills required to independently work on the problems and make subsequent recommendations are highly sought in the candidates.

Specific Criteria for candidates applying in Delivery Risk Unit
Applicants must possess expert knowledge on banking risk management and operations related functions of a Commercial Bank. They must be well versed with NRB Directives, prevailing laws/ policies related to operations and AML/ KYC. Preference shall be given to candidates having proficient knowledge on operating Flexcube software.

Administration Department: Corporate Office (1)
Candidates applying to this position should be well versed with procurement, asset/ resource management, logistics management, general administrative functions and yearly budget formulation strategies. Preference shall be given to candidates having an experience in developing and executing successful cost control strategies. Excellent negotiation/ interpersonal skills required for dealing with vendors and other stakeholders is highly desired.
