Educational Description

- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in management, Masters Degree with specialization in Sales will be more preferable.

Job Specification

- More than 4 years of working experience with minimum of 1 year in managerial experience.
- Good knowledge of local business market and should have good public relations.
- Good knowledge in MS Office, especially MS excel.

Job Description

- Identifying and following up on distributor, chain stores and region sales targets.
-Analyzing field data, preparing/updating segmentation profile and planning for necessary actions.
- Reviewing and approving distributor visit plan, preparing weekly distributor visit report and identifying improvement opportunities, and taking necessary actions.
- Ensuring that the Distributors / Dealers and POS are adequately stoked with all the promotional materials along with channel visibility for POS, Shops and Recharge card outlets.
