Nepal Clearing House Ltd. (NCHL) is a public limited company established under the leadership and regulation of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) with equity participation of NRB, 23 Commercial Banks, 2 Development Banks and SCT.
NCHL has established a payment infrastructure to provide to the Banks & Financial Institutions a national level image based cheque clearing services. It will later establish a national payments gateway to facilitate electronic payments and financial transactions across Banks/FIs.

Educational Description
- At least University degree in Computer Engineering/Science, IT or related field
Job Specification
- 0 - 3 years of experience in technology design, development, implementation, and/or operation. Experience in banking/ financial technology will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of major computer languages, databases and OS including but not limited to JAVA, PHP, Web Services, ASP, XML, Share Point, Oracle, Unix, Linux, Windows, etc.
- Understanding of document management system, workflow management system, data warehouse, digital certificate highly preferred.
- Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
- Experienced at working independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Description
- Perform role of application system administrator and monitor system usages.
- Provide application support and necessary trainings to the member Banks and Financial Institutions.
- Co-ordinates with software developer or vendors to report and resolve system issues.
- Install and configure new changes when required. Administrator and maintain PKI infrastructure.
- Responsible for analysis, design, testing and quality assurance of softwares.
- Supports, maintains and documents software functionalities.
