Job Description

• Define the mobile strategy, based on the organization’s budget and market opportunities
• Oversee the entire mobile project life cycle including the planning, design, testing, and project implementation

1. Manage and ensure the success of mobile marketing initiatives, applications and services
2. Provide program management and leadership for new mobile services and applications
3. Measure and analyze mobile usage across all channels providing recommendations for improvement
4. Manage relationships with key industry partners and vendors
5. Collaborate with mobile product team to improve platforms
6. Develop partnerships and co-marketing campaigns

• Responsible for the outcome of mobile projects
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Manage the pace of campaign related projects and successfully deliver on critical deadlines for the client
• Design, develop, and execute campaigns for customer growth and retention including defining core metrics, target customer segment, incentives, messaging medium, management of creative design, program / project plan, post mortem review
• Quickly identify, communicate, and work to resolve blocking issues for all campaigns and campaign related work
• Document process flows, conversations, meetings, writing/updating documents
• Understand the project process (Design, Develop, and Deliver)
• Good understanding of the mobile user experience
