Job Description

• To build a strong client base for Link Plus by following various Business Development techniques like bidding for software / web projects, cold calling, etc.
• To search and list down projects (that meet our business criteria) from various bidding portals and prepare and submit proposals and quotes accordingly.
• Follow-up and coordinate with overseas clients over phone / chat as and when required
• Writing down the project requirements and preparing Software / Web Requirements Specification (SRS) document in consultation with the client and the development team.
• Establishing a strong business relationship with each client whereby becoming intimately familiar with specific requirements of each client and ensuring that everyone responsible for a particular project is performing their activities according to the specifications as written and provided by client
• Maintain continuous communication with the client during the entire project life-cycle and co-ordinate with the development team to ensure that project is properly understood and implemented as intended with the client.
• Engage all appropriate personnel including Project Managers, Team Leaders, Developers, Designers and Testers within the Company and ensure that the project is established and delivered in a timely manner.
