Job Specification

• Knowledge & experience on software testing and testing methodologies.
• Experience in bug tracker.
• Experience in writing/maintaining test cases for Win form & Web applications.
• Ability of establishing/maintaining the testing process, test plan and the overall quality and timeliness of the testing procedures.
• Upgrade the test cases based on the bugs and changes to the application.
• A strong desire to analyze business problems and provide software solutions
• Ability in writing automated test scripts and automation testing tools is preferred.
• Experience in accounting, finance application will be preferred.
• Well versed with the development tools and technologies.

Job Description

• Take responsibility for a software quality control system.
• Will design manual and automated test cases, create test environments, ensure the proper execution of test cases and record their results.
• Initiate a product quality control program including the creation, implementation and execution of the testing protocols.
• Use analytical, creative and critical thinking skills to design and maintain both the manual and automated quality systems.
• Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
• Work with the Product Managers and Software Engineers to assess the various functional and design specifications needed to create the necessary test plans and tools, also work in partnership with the Software Engineering and Product Management teams to deliver on-time results. 
• Initiative and drive to put imaginative problem-solving skills to good use
• Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
• Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
