Educational Description

Bachelor Degree or above, major in finance/account or relevant disciplines, accountant qualification is a must.
3+ years of relevant working experience.

Job Specification

Knowledge in bills of banking and cash, and all kinds of ways of balance;
Knowledge in finance and related management software
Proficiency in computer skills, English knowledge is at least
Good planning, communication and co-ordination skills, strong service-orientated
Able to work independently in fast paced working environment.

Job Description

Making and filing, and other tasks assigned by superiors;To be in charge of all the cash and banking work, invoices issuing, voucher
Fully responsible for full AP function including but not limited to proper accounting for all payments, inter-company transactions, weekly cash outflow forecast, monthly AP sub ledger reconciliation, and checking of all POs to ensure compliance with group policies
In charge of tax issue to local tax bureau
Accounts payable and receivables office accounting functions, make account voucher by software, vouchers and account books binding and filing monthly
Keeping all related bills and notes well
Other tasks assigned by superior.
