Ensure installment and testing of new ATMs
Card Activate, Lost, Blocked etc.
Liaise with vendors and attend vendors calls
Ensure Daily report for ATM is generated (SCT)
Ensure IT related ATM cards operations are conducted smoothly
Resolve connectivity problems within and between branches and Head Office.
Any other ATM card related problems
