Job Description:

  • Handling of front office of the institution.
  • Corresponding to all the teachers, guardians, parents, students and other official mails and e-mails.
  • Assisting to the administrator in maintaining good office environment, handling visitors.
  • Preparing attendance sheet for teachers, staffs and students.
  • Counseling students during admission and encourage them to get admission.
  • Facilitating students for admission process
  • Reporting to the administrator and chief about the success or failure of the dealings.
  • Any front desk works.
