Senior Human Resource (HR) Officer is a member of the FHI 360 Nepal Country Office Senior Management Team. Under the supervision of the Associate Director - Finance and Administration, the Senior HR Officer is responsible for planning, implementing and managing the HR strategies and will serve as the custodian and executant of HR policies. The Senior HRO will manage a variety of HR functions including recruitment of local Nepali staff, administration of national/international consultant contracts, induction, performance management and staff professional development.Minimum Required Qualification and Skills:
Master’s degree in human resources, humanities, business management or related social science or behavioral sciences and at least 3 years related experience in HR field or a bachelor’s degree in human resources, humanities, business management or related social science or behavioral sciences with 5 years’ experience in HR field. The candidate should have strong knowledge and experience with office management systems.Skills/Qualities:
The candidate should have excellent leadership skill, strong negotiation, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to initiate and implement activities with minimal supervision and manage high volume work flow with multiple tasks and work well with others to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
