Educational Qualification:
- Completion of Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent level
- Must have worked in relevant field for at least 2 years.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people as team
- Should have positive attitude with good personality and convincing skills
Job Description:
- Evaluates the organizations and staffs performance on a regular basis
- Creates and maintains procedures for implementing plans approved by the board of directors
- Serves as the primary spokesperson and representative for the organization
