For Job Level:                                    A1 & A2

Minimum Qualification:               Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or equivalent degree from a recognized University.

Minimum Experience:                  Minimum 1 year of experience for A1 and 2 years of experience for A2 in financial institution is required.

Required Knowledge & Skill:     Should be acquainted with working knowledge in operations/credit functions of the Bank.

For Job Level:                                    A3 & A4

Minimum Qualification:               Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or equivalent degree from a recognized University.

Minimum Experience:                  Minimum 2 years of experience for A3 and 3 years of experience for A4 in financial Institution is required.

Required Knowledge & Skill:     Should be familiar with banking functions including credit & operations. They should possess capacity to supervise the assigned team and complete applicable knowledge of NRB Directives, prevailing laws/policies related to operations, credit and AML/KYC.
